Textbook Ordering

1. Orders currently take approximately 24 hours to be processed.
2. A Photo ID is required to pick up an order.
3. Orders can be picked up at 710 FREE of charge, however an order may be shipped elsewhere via UPS: see Shipping Cost for more information.
4. Your credit card will not be charged until we have completed your order.
5. PLEASE NOTE: A receipt is required for return or exchange. The book must be in its original, resalable condition.
6. The following items are non-refundable:
   • Licensable Media (software, access codes, etc.)
   • Packages that state on cover Non-Returnable if Opened
   • Workbooks, Lab Notebooks - No writing or pages removed.
